Cabometyx (Cabozantinib-S-Malate)

Cabozantinib-s-malate is approved to treat:

  • Hepatocellular carcinoma (a type of liver cancer). It is used in patients who have been treated with sorafenib. This use is approved for the Cabometantx brand of Cabozantinib-s-malate.
  • Medullary thyroid cancer is progressive and has spread (spread to other parts of the body). This use is approved for the cometriq brand of cabozantinib-s-malate.
  • Advanced renal cell carcinoma (a type of kidney cancer) This use is approved for the Cabometantx brand of Cabozantinib-s-malate.

Cabozantinib-s-malate is also being studied in the treatment of other types of cancer.

Keytruda (Pembrolizumab)

Pembrolizumab is approved in adults for treatment:

  • Skin cancer called melanoma cannot be removed or metastasized
  • Metastatic non- small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with tumor expressing PD-L1 with tumor ratio ≥ 50% (TPS) without tumor mutation positive for EGFR or ALK.
  • Recurrent or intractable classic Hodgkin lymphoma (cHL) has failed autologous stem cell transplantation (ASCT) and brentuximab vedotin (BV), or is not eligible for transplant.
  • Metastatic or metastatic bladder cancer (metastatic carcinoma) in adults who have previously used platinum-containing chemotherapy or who are not eligible for chemotherapy containing cisplatin and tumor show PD-L1 with combined positive score (CPS) ≥ 10
  • Head and neck cancer called metastatic head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) in adults with tumor expressing PD-L1 with 50% TPS and progressing on or after platinum-containing chemotherapy .

Pembrolizumab is also being studied in the treatment of other types of cancer.

Lenvima (Lenvatinib)

Lenvatinib mesylate is approved for use alone or with other drugs to treat:

  • Hepatocellular carcinoma (a type of liver cancer). It is used as first-line treatment in patients who are unable to undergo surgery.
  • Advanced renal cell carcinoma (a type of kidney cancer) It is used with everolimus in patients who have been treated with drugs that inhibit angiogenesis.
  • Thyroid cancer in some patients with advanced, recurrent or metastatic disease does not respond to radioactive iodine therapy.

Lenvatinib mesylate is also being studied in the treatment of other types of cancer

Nexavar (Sorafenib)

Sorafenib tosylate is approved for treatment:

  • Hepatocellular carcinoma (a type of liver cancer) cannot be removed with surgery.
  • Advanced renal cell carcinoma (a type of kidney cancer)
  • Thyroid cancer in some patients with advanced, recurrent or metastatic disease does not respond to radioactive iodine therapy.

Sorafenib tosylate is also being studied in the treatment of other types of cancer.

Opdivo (Nivolumab)

Nivolumab is approved for treatment:

  • Advanced melanoma (a type of skin cancer) in adults
  • Malignant tumors after complete removal in adults (postoperative treatment called adjuvant therapy)
  • Non-small cell lung cancer develops (a type of lung cancer) in adults
  • Progressive renal cell carcinoma (advanced kidney cancer) in adults
  • Classic Hodgkin lymphoma has returned later or unresponsive to previous treatments, including autologous stem cell transplant (your own hematopoietic stem cell transplant) in adults
  • Head and neck cancer in adults
  • Advanced urothelial carcinoma (bladder and urinary tract cancer) in adults.

Nivolumab is also being studied in the treatment of other types of cancer.

Stivarga (Regorafenib)

Regorafenib is approved for treatment:

  • Colorectal cancer has spread to other parts of the body. It is used in patients who do not get better treated with other treatments.
  • Gastrointestinal tumor tumor that is locally advanced, cannot be removed by surgery, or has spread metastasized to other parts of the body. It is used in patients who are not sick better with imatinib mesylate and sunitinib malate.
  • Hepatocellular carcinoma (a type of liver cancer). It is used in patients who have been treated with sorafenib.
