Yellow Crane Tower

It was first built in 223 AD. Its last rebuilt was in 1985. The tower has many stories and legendary associated with it. There are thousands of poems and art works written for it. The tower is overlooking the Yangtze River and was a place of gathering for artists, poets and politicians in the ancient time. It is a place of historical importance in Chinese literature and Taoism.
