| Mt Heng is located in Shanxi
and has a height of 2,000 meters above sea level. There are many ancient
structures in the mountain. The Mid-Air Temple was built 1,400 years ago
and hosts warship for
Taoist, Confucians and Buddhist. Temple was hang on middle of cliff
and is still in perfect conditions after so many years. The structure
now has 40 halls and pavilions. Corridors, bridges and boardwalks
connect the buildings with many statuses of gods and Buddha. Tours are
offered with English speaking guides or you can take the bus to there by
yourself. |
